Introducing Filipino Fare to Cape Cod
What began with adding Mom’s Homemade Lumpia to Mom & Pop’s Burgers menu in 2016, evolved into a Filipino pop-up, exploring Mom’s Filipino roots and now, proudly Aplaya Kitchen + Tiki Bar. This is our love letter to the Filipino community here on the Cape as well as an opportunity to offer something new and exciting.
We’ve worked through every single dish and experimented with different Filipino staple ingredients, traditional and new. Each flavor has a story and each dish an intention.
Thank you to everyone for your continued support, encouragement and appetite for something new. We can’t wait to see you at Aplaya!
